Charity Shop Volunteers
There are also the many volunteers who work within the charity shops across the region. With six Derian shops located in Chorley, Leyland, Horwich, Farnworth and two in Bolton the Retail Manager is always on the lookout for additional volunteers to help staff the shops.
Our volunteers cover a wide age spectrum from 16 to 66+. Some work for just a couple of hours a week, while others have a couple of days to spare. Whatever time commitment people can offer, we’re delighted to have the skills they bring to the hospice.
