TICKETS are now on sale for the annual Derian House Children’s Hospice Ladies Lunch.
Just in time for Mother’s Day, the event is the perfect chance to spoil mum with a delicious three-course meal and a glass of fizz, whilst raising money for local children and young people.
Billed as “fashion, fizz and fabulousness”, the glamorous event will take place on Thursday, 16 May, 2019, at Kilhey Court Hotel in Standish, Wigan.
The vintage-themed do will be compered by Adam Parker Brown and includes boutique stalls, live entertainment and a fashion show from Novello’s of Preston, for just £40 a ticket.
And like all good parties, every guest will leave with a goodie bag packed with L’Oreal make-up and skincare, Melt candles and hair products from Jo and Cass.
Guests will get the chance to bid on star prizes in the charity auction, including a burlesque day with cabaret queen Kiki DeVille, a Porsche for a weekend, and training sessions with world champion boxer Jack Catterall.
Entertainment will be provided by Tipitina, delivering red hot and rocking music from New Orleans.
Miriam Payne, Events and Promotions Manager at Derian House Children’s Hospice, said: “The Ladies Lunch has always been a great day out and this year is no different. With a new venue, great entertainment and fantastic prizes in our grand raffle, this is the perfect excuse to get together with your girlfriends and have some fun, knowing that you’re making a difference to the lives of Lancashire children and young people.”
Reception drinks are from 11am, with lunch served at 12.30pm. Dress code is smart – so guests are invited to dress to impress!
Now in its 11th year, the Ladies Lunch is the perfect opportunity to get glammed up for a day to remember, all in aid of Derian House.
The hospice provides respite and end-of-life care to 350 children and young people from across the North West, and needs to raise £4million every year to continue.
