Directed by the award-winning Thomas Elliott Griffiths, the film highlights the moving stories and connections between families, staff, and volunteers, showcasing the blockbuster impact of hospice care.

Kacey's story
Our son Kacey is pure joy – always smiling and dancing, with a cheeky charm that melts hearts.
But Kacey has been very poorly throughout his short life, and we have been told to say goodbye to him a heart-breaking nine times.
Kacey is now five, and thanks to a rare multi-organ transplant we never thought possible, we’ve been given the most precious Christmas gift: the freedom of time with our little boy.
