Welcome to this week�#ThankYouThursdayrsday celebration - take a look at this week's epic superstars who've supported their local children's hospice in numerous way 🥰💚 Michaela made some bracelets and sold them at Bridgeway Care Home to raise funds for us.💚 The team at Trust Inns Ltd did a half marathon charity walk, raising and incredible £5,628.67 for Derian House in the process.💚 Leigh and Mick tackled Helvellyn via Striding Edge alongside colleagues from Lyndhurst Precision - who even match-funded the team's total, bringing in an incredible £4,340. 💚 Volunteers from JDR spent a 'Make a Difference' day volunteering at the hospice, helping out our Fundraising Team with various jobs.TY 🫶
This week is Baby Loss Awareness Week - a time for thousands of parents, families and friends to unite and commemorate babies' lives who were too short 💚Baby loss is a tragedy that affects 1 in 4 pregnancies in the UK. Stigma and silence often means that families who have suffered loss feel isolated in their grief 💔To honour every little life lost, we stand together with thousands of people around the world to light a candle or share an image of a candle at 7pm tonight, Thursday 15th October 🕯This sends a Wave of Light across the world, as we remember babies who were too precious for this earth.
