Hospice Manager
I have worked at Derian for 5 years and had experience of working with children with complex needs and their families for the past 12 years. My role as Operational Lead is to manage the in house care team from an operational perspective, ensuring all shifts are safely and effectively staffed.
I have obtained a Masters in Palliative and End of Life Care to enhance my knowledge and skills in this area ensuring I can support the team to deliver the highest standard of care.
I have a very busy life being a keen cyclist and enjoying quality time with my three sons and three grandchildren.
