As Director of People & Organisational Development it is my privilege to look after all of our employees at Derian House and support them to be the best they can be enabling them to give the best care and support to our children, young people and families. I am responsible for driving our workforce strategy, making Derian House an employer of choice.
I have more than 30 years of HR experience gained mainly in a global manufacturing company and also in the charity sector. My role at Derian House is definitely the most rewarding and challenging position in my career.
I am married to David and have two grown up daughters Abigail and Rebecca and a cockapoo called Daisy.
I am both humbled and honoured to work at Derian House Children’s Hospice.
