Head of Facilities and Infrastructure
As Head of Facilities and Infrastructure, I ensure a safe, functional, and welcoming environment. It is my role to oversee the Estates Team, the Catering team, the Housekeeping Team and IT.
My role is wide-ranged and my responsibilities include overseeing building maintenance, managing safety and compliance, optimizing space, implementing sustainable practices, and handling budgets.
I lead a team, coordinate with vendors, and collaborate with other departments to support both the children’s needs and the staff’s work.
