What is a virtual challenge?

Our “Walk To School” challenge is suitable for everyone, as you set the rules! Do you and your children want to get more active and raise money for our own children and families at the same time? The Walk To School challenge is certainly for you. Set yourself your own goals, be it 2k a day, 25k a week, 100k a month – the choices are endless, and totally up to you and your children.  Choose  the distance and time frame most suitable and challenging to you!

How does this virtual challenge work?

After choosing your own distance and time frame just purchase your medal and get started on your challenge! Keep track of your progress using a step tracker or fitness app on your phone, and once you have hit your target just email us a screenshot of your achievement to challenges@derianhouse.co.uk and we will get your medal in the post!

Who can enter this virtual challenge?

Anyone and everyone! Children walking to school can be joined by their parents, grandparents and even the family pet! There are no limitations. Work at a school? Why not enter the whole school? Discounted rates are available for larger purchases and we can come into your school to tell all your students about the virtual challenge that will help the children and families of Derian House.
